“As a runner and active person, fracturing your ankle is not ideal. I wanted more guidance on how I could get back to being mobile and eventually running, so booked in with Karrina and haven’t looked back.
Karrina assessed my ankle and listened to what my goal was. I was given treatment in the clinic, along with a programme of exercises to follow at home, which were adapted after each visit as my mobility improved. Karrina has been reassuring and positive throughout, explaining how what we were doing would help.
I have continued to work with Karrina, focusing on strength and conditioning. In these sessions I have been encouraged to try new exercises, which has given me more confidence in the gym. I am now back running and can already see improvements that I didn’t think were possible.
Running is going great! Decided to try and see if I could knock a few seconds off my 5k PB, somehow I managed to knock 2 minutes off. Also now up to 18k on my long run.

“I started working with Karrina in 2016 when I suffered multiple slipped discs. Karrina worked with to rehabilitate my core so that I wouldn’t need surgery.
