PERFECT YOUR SQUAT WORKSHOP
I will be holding an hour workshop where I will be discussing factors that could be limiting your squat such as back pain, poor ankle mobility, knee pain and hip mobility. Alongside this I will show you how you can improve these issues using sufficient warm ups, including explosive power, single leg strength and core strength to help improve your squat in the short term, and increase the number on the bar in the long term!
